1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up or using Hirda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Hirda is a cloud-based renewal and expiration tracker. It lets you record business obligations, receive email alerts, manage team access, upload attachments and track spending. Features available to you depend on your membership plan.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor credentials safe.
• You may not share login credentials between individuals.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Hirda for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission.
• Upload malware, spam or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
• Use the service in a way that harms its availability for others.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Hirda. By using the service, you grant us permission to host, process and back up that data so we can provide Hirda to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any third-party information you add.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Hirda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim to send alerts reliably, you remain responsible for acting on renewal dates and compliance deadlines. Do not rely on Hirda as your sole record-keeping system for critical obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fionn Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Hirda. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
